General These terms apply to all Revolution Dance events including weekly classes, workshops, freestyles, and special events (“Events”), By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. When the term ’Ticket’ is used, this isn’t a physical ticket, but will be confirmed via email & your name will be on our list help on the door by Jane Davies. 2. Bookings & Payments
Tickets may be purchased online via our official website or approved links only, or at our venues.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Prices are clearly shown per person. On line is generally cheaper.
Tickets are transferable with written permission from Revolution Dance.
3. Refunds & Transfers
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless an Event is cancelled by us.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another dancer only with prior agreement and subject to capacity limits.
Name changes must be made at least 24 hours before the Event.
If an Event is rescheduled, your ticket automatically transfers to the new date.
4. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid only for the Event, date, and venue shown at purchase.
Entry may be refused if the ticket appears to be duplicated, tampered with, or purchased from an unauthorised source.
Admission may require proof of purchase or ID.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Revolution Dance promotes a friendly and respectful environment.
Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal without refund.
Please dance within your ability, respect others’ space, and follow the directions of Revolution Dance staff and volunteers.
Participation in dance activities is at your own risk. Revolution Dance accepts no liability for personal injury or loss unless caused by our negligence.
6. Cancellations by Revolution Dance
We reserve the right to cancel or amend an Event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue closure, extreme weather, instructor illness).
Where possible, a new date or alternative event will be offered.
If a full cancellation occurs and you cannot attend the replacement, a refund will be issued for the ticket price only (not including third-party fees or travel costs).
7. Photography & Media
Events may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in Revolution Dance marketing and social media unless you notify us in writing before the Event.
