Beginner’s Jive lessons are taught every week from 7.45pm and will follow the subsequent format;
Basic structure of Partner Dancing, including Hand Holds, Body Positioning & the basics of Follow & Lead. We will also teach 4 basic moves, one of which will be repeated the following week, meaning you will gain confidence by knowing at least one move each week & build another 3 into your repertoire, building up each week, until you have mastered all the basic moves. You will then be able
to move on, when you wish to, into the intermediate class. The speed at which you progress is up to you.
West Coast Swing Improvers class also starts at 7.45pm, in Room time (price all inclusive).
The Intermediate class will start approximately half an hour after the beginners class has finished at 9pm and will involve more intricate moves, but we will still emphasise style points, so you can execute these moves with much more of a WOW factor! These moves will be inspired from Modern Jive, Swing, Argentine Tango, Cha Cha, some Ballroom & Latin Dances, including Salsa along with Latin Blues.

After each lesson, we have freestyle, which is when you can practice your new moves, socialise, ask for further assistance, or just dance your socks off!
